Owners logged in once a month, saw a wall of charts and left. The data was right; the questions were wrong.

Ran 18 interviews, rebuilt the home around three questions (Am I okay? What changed? What’s next?) and designed an editable forecast line.

Weekly use tripled within a quarter and the forecast became the most-shared screen in the product.
